I can remember Abigail’s newborn session like it was yesterday. I even remember the tiny pink tutu Abigail’s momma brought along for Abigail to wear and how absolutely adorable it looked on her teeny tiny little self. I can remember stressing about starting my Senior year of high school and all of the excitement that went along with that. Now, Abigail is not so teeny tiny anymore and I’m no longer stressing about being a Senior, but about being a Freshman all over again.

I feel like I’ve been neglecting my blog lately, and that’s probably because I have been. It’s unbelievable, beautiful, and terrifying how time just slips away. I can look back at who I was and see how I’ve grown photographically, as a person, and everything in between. I can look ahead and see how far I hope to come. For now, I enjoy vacationing with my family. I’ll just sit here curled up in my hotel bed in the fingertips of Michigan in all of my night-owl glory and think and wish about precious time.

Happy first birthday to a very very sweet girl named Abigail.

Smiles and lots of love,

Taylor
